On two occasions I have sent e-mails to your Company stating that the insole in the right foot slipper has a "crease/ridge/fold" across the narrowest part of the instep which makes it very uncomfortable to wear. These e-mails were sent approx. three weeks ago and to date we have not had the courtesy of a reply. I would be grateful if this matter could be looked into. Good Quality slippers, the soles are substantial but could do with a little more rubber content as they are quite hard plastic and can be a little slippery and loud on laminate floor. The insoles are a good idea - I will put the insoles back in as the shoes have stretched to my feet shapee and could do with being a bit tighter now. The fur round the edges is discoloured grey isn quite quickly but still acceptable- However they are comfortable and hard wearing so good purchase all in all.

Considering I have not been able to find any for some time, due to my feet being very swollen.I wanted slippers which I could slip on without bending and would also stay in place, the raised back enables them to stay in place without restricting foot enter therefore are safe to wear.

The adjustable broad fitting is a bonus, especially for feet which swell occasionally. This is my first pair of winter slippers from Wider feet shoes and I am delighted. They fit me perfectly, the sole is sturdy but flexible and the lining is extremely comfortable. I am very pleased to have taken the opportunity offered by email -_ half price because of the (wrong?) colour of the edging (???), hence, extremely good value for money. Anyway, I find the contrast of colour very acceptable (in fact, I do like it). All in all, I would strongly recommend these slippers! PS1) the burgundy colour is less reddish than what you see on the photo and PS2) what is called the "white collar" (edging) is more creamy/'off white' than "white".

The delivery was fast, so that was ok. The shoe itself is not more than the reduced price of GBP 15 worth because of the fitting. I usually wear a size 6 EEE comfortably, but luckily I got it in 7 because in winter one might wear socks. But even with taking the insoles out - what leaves the mule only with a rather hard sole - they are much too tight to wear with normal socks, let alone with thicker ones so I can wear them only barefoot. The fit is never up to 4E. After this experience I won't ever buy anything again.<br />

These are good quality and I like the fact that the sole below the removable sole is also soft and fluffy. However, I can't wear them because my prescription orthotic insole which is only a half sole doesn't fit well in them, despite the lip at the heel. There is no instep support at all in the sole so I can't wear them as they are. I can't return them as I have tried wearing them with various different insoles. I am looking for a friend with my size feet who might like them!
