This is the first time I have ordered house shoes from you as I keep some shoes purely for indoor wear. However, as I was suffering from a bout of plantar fasciitis, I ordered these. Unfortunately I had to take out the inner sole as the toe cap (particularly on the right) wasn't deep enough for me, with the result that the side of my heel was then in contact with the edge of the stiffening in the seam which proved too uncomfortable. In the end I had to give up wearing them for now - a real pity as they look much smarter and are more supportive than an ordinary slipper.

Bought this show for my mum. Initially selected a fitting that was too wide ! This was soon resolved when I contacted the staff by telephone. The guidence given in the package was perfect - I just wanted to speak with someone and confirm the different fitting options. The reordered show was very promptly delivered. Mum love the shoe finding it stylish and comfortable. She had a short sty in hospital and was complemented for her shoe chive by the physiotherapist who commented that it was good for support.
